Anti Aging Wrinkle Cream - Useless Without Vitamins?

by Tommy Engan

The anti aging wrinkle cream market is a multi-billion dollar business. The bulk of those billions of dollars, however, don’t go towards developing anti aging wrinkle cream - they go towards…advertising. That’s right. All that hard-earned money you paid for that wonder-cream that just isn’t cutting it was spent on hypnotic web-pages, expensive ads and fancy packaging.

This doesn’t necessarily mean that all anti aging wrinkle creams are created equal. There are a few great ones out there. You just have to know what to look for. More on that in a moment.

…OK, let’s say that you do have a great cream - is it sufficient to keep you from looking older? Not really. Yep, it can definitely smooth out and prevent lines and wrinkles, but you will need heavier artillery to fight the battle against gravity. That brings us to…

Supplements!!

Yes, supplements. Just like your body gets depleted without food, your skin suffers greatly when it doesn’t get the nourishment it needs. And unless you eat pounds of raw fruits and vegetables every day; stay out of the sun; and live in a place without pollution, you need supplements!

The following is a list of supplements and vitamins that not only will make you look younger; they’ll make you feel younger as well.

1. Vitamin E

2. Vitamin A

3. Vitamin C with bioflavonoids (VERY important)

4. Vitamin B-50 with folic acid

5. Flax Seed Oil

6. Selenium

7. Grape Seed Extract

These supplements have wonderful anti-aging qualities, and when used in conjunction with a good anti aging wrinkle cream, you will be astounded at how young and vibrant you’ll start appearing within 3-6 weeks.

Now back to locating that elusive anti aging wrinkle cream that actually works. Spending a little time researching this is very important - unless you don’t mind throwing money out the window. Based on my own research and experience, the best (and most entertaining) read on the subject is at http://antiagingreviews.com
