<p>O.K., so exercise is not that exciting to think about. But a regular activity will help you reduce stress, which will lead to a greater sense of well being and a more enjoyable life experience. If you haven&#8217;t been a devoted exerciser, starting a program is the hardest part. </p>
<p>Reducing stress is a good reason to get the ball rolling. Think about how often you&#8217;ve heard someone say about an ailment, &#8220;it&#8217;s just stress related&#8221;. People have a tendency to laugh stress off, but the truth is, too much stress in your life can lead to illness and disease. So an exercise program to reduce stress should be one of THE most important priorities in your life.<br />

Muscular imbalance are a result of poor movement of the joints, inappropriate muscles taking over the function of the primary muscles, and decreased nueromuscular control. Static stretching is a great way to correct this.</p>
<p>No matter what your fitness lever or your age, you can benefit from static stretching.  Stretching will improve neuromuscular efficiency, improve joint range of motion, and improve the overall function of muscles. This helps to prevent injury and relieve pain.<br />

<p>How do you know if you indeed do have a herniated disc?  And if you do have a herniated disc where is it? Is it in the neck, mid back or lower back? The distribution of symptoms like pain, numbness and weakness my offer a clue to the location of the disc damage, however the most common area is the lower back.<br />

<p>Sandbags are so effective because they are not a fixed weight where everything is perfectly balanced. It takes so much energy to control sand that wants to shift and move throughout the entire bag that you have no choice but to work every muscle in your body. <p>We discovered that we were both interested in weight loss through a healthy diet and exercise.  We discussed our individual approaches and took note of each others&#8217; successes.<br />

<p>Massage chair recliners have come a long way over the years from simple vibrating chairs to very sophisticated massage chairs with heat, music and various massage therapies.  One of the most basic massage techniques is known as Swedish massage or classic massage.  The Swedish massage was developed in the 18th century by Henrik Ling.  Swedish massage is very effective in allowing the body to absorb more oxygen.</p>
<p>Stress hits us in various ways in our daily lives.  With the various challenges we have, we put stress on various parts of the body.  In general, stress impacts us mentally by causing thoughts of fear.  This fear translates into physical tension as the flight or fight reactions stir up our muscles for action.  This physical tension builds up in the body.  It is further sustained by how we mentally deal with stress, which for many is to deny it.  These physical and mental stresses have a cumulative effect as it builds up in the body.<br />
