What is the recovery period after liposuction?
Recovery time depends on the individual, but usually follows a general pattern. For the first few days, the patients take fairly strong pain medicine, usually a mild narcotic. During this time they generally stay at home, lying down or walking around. Patients cannot drive a car or operate machinery during this time. Getting The Most From Your Sauna

The best thing about infrared saunas in my mind is that I can stay I there for at least half an hour and still be able to breathe. I am slightly claustrophobic, so if I have trouble breathing, I’m going to be out of there in a hurry. Because of this, I have a hard time with traditional saunas.

There is no question that both saunas have their advantages and it is also a fact that some people like the extreme heat, in many sweating lodges for example when confronted with this heat it can have some meditational qualities, however for me it just becomes unbearable.
