Control Your Life Chi Energy & Control Your Life!
It all starts with observing the World around us and discovering how it really works.
Have you ever had a day that just didn’t seem to go right? You know, a day where you just wished you stayed in bed?
Because we’ve all had these kinds of days, perhaps now would be a good time to ask ourselves “just what is going on here”? Can we somehow bring an element of control to this “energy factor” known as “Chi”?
Step One: There Are Invisible Energies Out There.
When we have a “bad day”, we’re merely picking up on the energies that are everywhere around us (in this case, the negative energy), and it affects our mood and our physical performance at Home and Work.
We’re all literally swimming in a Sea of Energy whether we’re sleeping or awake, and, as we’ve already mentioned and experienced, these energies actually can affect how we act and react to our daily World and the people in it.
When I write of Negative Energies, I’m describing those energies that have the ability to impede our progress, dreams and goals. These are the very negative energies that cause our “off days”, bad feelings and depression-like moods.
Now, let’s talk about those beautiful Positive Chi Energies. These are those friendly energies that spur us on to greater creativity and productivity as well as provide us with that marvelous sense of Satisfaction and Accomplishment. In addition, we feel good during the entire process when all the “stars line up” and we feel “lucky”.
Now the truth of Life is that we absolutely need as much of Positive energy or Life Chi Force as we can possibly get so we’re able to perform at our best level. If negative energies have the exact opposite effect on us, then, we should learn all we can about how to “accentuate the positives and eliminate the negatives” in our lives.
Step Two: Focus On The Positive Energy Sources Only.
Set Your Own Energy Agenda And Direct Your Life.
Here’s the really good news; we can shift our personal Energy fields quickly from negative to positive. It only requires a few tricks to make this shift start to take place.
Here’s an example of how to shift energies: Practice some “Positive Thinking”, or, better yet, take a good, strong positive thought (Love, Service, Gratitude, or other Virtues), hold that thought for as long as you can without letting other thoughts or outside activities distract you from this goal. If you can accomplish this for more than a few minutes, you will start to shift your emotional state and change your day for the better. Guaranteed.
One Positive Thought held for a time, displaces all others and their negative effects. What a Treasure of a Tool! Your entire physical brain chemistry is altered by your thoughts and good thoughts yield “good” chemicals that make us feel good about ourselves all day long.
It simply takes a little time for those chemicals to go to work and so, hold those good thoughts as long as you can!
If you want to employ other techniques for setting and maintaining a positive energy shift, great music, exercise, meditation and great art are also available and should be used as a new habit of living.
The good news in this discussion is that we have means to counter those mysterious forces that before today have created havoc in our lives. Even those few tools and techniques mentioned in this article can change our lives immensely. Step Three: It Most Useful To Hold Your Positive Thoughts As Long As Possible.
The longer you can hold the positive thought or action the better for building up your positive energy reserves. Of course, there’s only so much time anyone can devote to such activities and still pursue their life’s intents, but, all efforts help.
Frankly, there are alternate ways to solve this time commitment challenge that are freeing and release us from the burden of having to focus on generating these energies for ourselves. These other innovative techniques will actually generate positive energies for us and sustain that energy 24 hours a day, week after week without any attention from us.
When exploring these new approaches to managing your energies, look for products or teachers that allow you to retain control; that allow you to set your own energy agenda.
Find what makes you comfortable in the energy generating field and try to locate someone whose products and consultation or input will not be required too often. This is all part of being in control of your own process.
