How To Lose Unwanted Belly Fat Fast!

When people were asked what their least favorite body parts were. The overwhelming answer? “My belly!” But the concern over a flabby belly is more serious than simply not looking good in a bathing suit. Researchers are finding that abdominal fat leads to higher risks of heart disease, diabetes and even certain types of cancers.

A small percentage of American exercise on a regular basis. This leads to more stress, more accumilation of bady fat and a general sense of fatigue. Stimulants sometime help but are not long term solutions.

Researchers now know that if most of your fat is in the tummy area, your health risks are greater than if it resides in, say, the hips, thighs or rear (sometimes referred to as the apple versus pear theory.

Doctors report that belly fat is “more active” and can cause and increase in hormone levels. One report says that these active fat cells can increase the risk of certain cancels, including colon cance.

The higher your waiste-to-hip ratio, the higher the risk of disease.

You can cure belly fat, but there are no miracle cures. You must committ to making changes that will help you loose weight.
