Need a guide for healthy eating?

About 25 years ago, I started my venture into the health and fitness industry. I eventually received my certification as a fitness trainer and did that for about 10 years. I thoroughly enjoyed helping my clients reach their health goals. It’s a feeling of joy that I get to day as a hypnotherapist.

As a fitness trainer, although I was doing very well with 80-90% of my clientele, there were always those “hard” clients that would be doing everything right: working out, eating right - but was still having a hard time dropping off the weight or reaching other health goals. Fortunately, I was able to add Hypnosis to their program as it made the biggest difference.
