Part-2 The High Protein Diet For Weight Loss
Part-2 Choosing a diet plan, pick a diet that allows and permits you to eat foods from every food group no matter what age group or sex you are. Balance is important in all aspects of our lives, and includes the foods that you eat! Eating Low G.I. Carbohydrates, plenty of roughage and fibers, eat good source of protein, ( such as lean, red meat, poultry, fish ,eggs and etc.) in moderation and consistent regular exercise, you will certainly lose weight. Cutting or removing out entire food groups from your daily diet is not the healthiest and sensible way to go! One very important thing for me to eat a diet that contain plenty of fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains, fish, and poultry, lean red meat and water! Water is essential and to drink plenty of water at least5 8-10 glasses everyday is a must!
The body needs protein in order to function effectively as protein is the building block of your muscle. During a strength training or weightlifting workout, your muscles are broken down. As a result You need plenty of high quantities of protein to rebuild and repair your muscles.
High protein foods are based on foods rich in protein and are effective in losing weight. Foods high in protein are some what very low in carbohydrates and saturated fat (the animal fat that you DON’T want to eat).By eating high protein diet in moderation,(cutting all the fats in the meat) you would end up eating low carbohydrate foods and low saturated fat foods which is healthier.
To lose weight and lose fat, eat low G.I. carbohydrates, plenty of vegetables & fruits and no or small amount of saturated fat, moderate amount of protein foods, add some unsaturated fat in your diet, lots of water as well as regular exercise 5-7 days for at least 30 minutes each session a week is a must! Some sources of unsaturated fat (good oil) are flaxseed oil, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, walnuts, all-natural peanut butter, cold water fish and avocados. A bit of saturated fat is okay, don’t go overboard
Eating the required quantity of high protein foods is very difficult indeed as to the amount of meat to consume or eat daily. However there is a protein supplements. The Protein shakes (powder mixed with any fluid you want) and bars are the solution to our worry.Drinking your average shake with only 2 scoops of protein powder give you 30+ grams of protein, and only takes a minute to make and drink.Easy to prepare!
The average bars have 30 grams each, and are the size of an average candy bar. The best time to consume high protein, are : as soon as you wake up in the morning, last thing prior to going to bed at night, and just after your workout. Remember though that the main point of eating a high protein diet is to supply your body with all of the protein that it needs . To fufil these needs it is recommended that a person eats a small meal once every 3 hours.
