Keeping Track Of Your Heart Rate Is Very Important

I personally can’t understand why people dont keep track of their own heart rate. Do they know its very important and so I had to find out why not? I did a short survey for myself and walked up and ask 10 people off the street do they keep track of their heart rate? Atleast 8 out of 10 people responded with the answer no. I also asked them why not and some responses were “I really don’t know”; “Just dont think about it”; “I do when I have a doctor’s appointment”. One guy told me, “I didn’t know I had one”, but he was joking and I told him, “I already know the answer to that question”. The true fact is people just don’t worry about their heart rate.

Why You Hate Working Out and How Interval Training Can Help

We’ve all faced days when lack of motivation has dominated our thoughts and our actions, when we didn’t even want to get out of bed, let alone doing our workout. Perhaps you’re at the office, hiding behind a mountain of paperwork or facing deadlines, all of your own creation, because you are simply not wanting to face the fact that you need to be working out. What you need more than anything during these moments is to work out.

The Disadvantages of Cardiovascular Exercise

by Kyle Richey

There is one thing which is a certainty in the area of losing fat and building muscle – this is that exercise is an essential element. Everyone knows that more calories must be burned off than taken in in order to lose weight – and of course, to gain muscle mass, the muscles must be worked out. Despite that everyone knows this; there is still much debate and many misconceptions about how best to lose weight while building muscle. There is a wrong way to go about this, however; this is to do only cardiovascular workouts.

Cardiovascular exercise has a reputation for being the best way to lose weight, but this reputation is entirely undeserved. It can take as much as ten hours (!) every week to lose weight and this weight loss is minimal; about a pound. You will also experience a plateau of weight loss if you are doing the same exercises all the time – so you can keep working out very hard while getting nowhere!

Reasons Why Interval Training is Superior to Cardio

by Kyle Richey

It’s hard to find people who aren’t interested in both losing weight and gaining muscle mass. However, there are a lot of different training systems out there and it can be difficult to tell systems which have been proven to work and those which have just been put out there to make a fast buck. You don’t have to spend all of your time at the weight bench to get that body you’ve always wanted – and you ought not to believe everything you hear on the infomercials either.

The best way to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time is to focus on your entire body, which is what interval training actually does. Instead of trying to run for hours a week and notice only a change in your legs, you should focus on training all of the different muscle groups in order to lose weight evenly throughout your entire body.

What you should Know about Lopid Medication?

by Chris Campell

Lopid medication is efficient in stoping inflammation of the pancreas, provided that it is taken alongside a strict, healthy diet. This medicine works very good for patients who suffer from elevated serum triglycerides levels.

Serum triglycerides refer to the fatty elements in your blood, and the elevated its levels, the greater the chance of developing pancreatitis. In some cases, a strict diet is sufficient to lessen the symptoms. Lopid is introduced when the patient does not respond to the adjustment in eating habits.
