Drugs – Talk To Your Kids About It?

Before you start this important conversation talking to your kids about drugs, you must remember, this conversation isn’t about you in the first place. This is about your kid and to warn them on the dangers of using drugs. If you remember this from the start, you wont be afraid to say or feel whats on your mind.

You also can’t be afraid to speak out just in case your kid come out and ask you did you do drugs when you were coming up because it might happen. In my opinion, you should tell the truth right from the start. This way you wont risk losing credibility if your kid somehow find out that you did do drugs in the past. You either give a honest answer or no answer at all.

Express your condolences with funeral flowers

by Amy Nutt

When a loved one departs, it is always a distressing time and soon thoughts are turning towards funeral arrangements and remembrance. For those who have been touched by the life of an individual who has gone on to their final rest, there seems to be no way we can express what the person meant to us during their time on this earth.

The purchase of funeral flowers seems to be the best way to say with a gesture what can’t be expressed with mere words.

Love, Art, Humor And Widowhood

by Donna J. Skinner

It seemed like only yesterday but it was over a decade that I had quite a different life. I suddenly found myself a young single mother with three children to journey through life with. My neuvo-unmarried status was not a choice of mine. Fate had dealt me a losing hand. Never would I have imagined that when I kissed my husband good-bye that fateful morning we would never see each other again.

I arrived home late that evening to be greeted by my children, who were concerned that their father had not arrived home. I made frantic phone calls to friends and relatives. I had a feeling deep within my core that something was horribly wrong. My feelings were confirmed a short while later when I noticed a car slowly approach my house. My oldest daughter sensed something was amiss. She begged me not to answer the knock on the door.

funeral urns – how to choose

by Josie Elyzabeth

If you are planning for your own funeral you’ll need to think about funeral urns. The same is true if you are planning someone else’s funeral.

An urn is a respectful way to honor and store the ashes of the deceased. Cremation is a common way to dispose of the remains.

How To Write Funeral Obituaries

by Josie Elyzabeth

When someone you love dies, it’s only natural to want to do something in their honor, to give a tribute to their life. There is one time-honored custom, and that is funeral obituaries. These tributes are published where everyone can see them, proclaiming to the world that these people were loved and appreciated.

The obituaries certainly aren’t long, drawn out pieces, however. They are usually very short and to the point. The details given are enough to share the legacy of a life that was well lived, and nothing more.
